PADEXA analyses club players' matches with AI and gives them one fix and the clips. A Coach Review adds you: a qualified coach who watches the moments, records a voice note, and sets three things to work on. Twenty to forty minutes of coaching, no court, no admin, paid automatically.

Accept a request
You see the player's level, their AI report and one fix, their focus note and the fee. Accept within 24 hours or pass, no penalty.
Watch the moments
The report, the pillars, three clips already cut for you. The full match is there if you need it; most reviews don't.
Record and write
A 3–8 minute voice or video note in your own words, your verdict on the AI's fix, three tips each tied to a clip, a two-week plan. The workspace won't let you submit half of it.
Get paid, get rated
The player confirms they've received it and rates you. Your fee is released to your Stripe account automatically. Your rating and specialisms decide what you're offered next.
How you're paid
A fee per review, not per hour
Each delivered review pays a fixed fee. We share the fee schedule with you after your application, at the sample-review stage, along with the standard it's paid for.
Automatic, through Stripe
You connect a Stripe account during onboarding (UK, EU and US supported). Fees are released when the player confirms they've received the review and paid out on your schedule. A statement every month; no invoicing.
You set the volume
Two to ten reviews a week, pause any time, accept or pass on every request. No exclusivity, no targets. Live video lessons with players who ask for you are on the roadmap, at a rate you set.

Every request arrives with the AI's one fix, the pillar scores and up to three timestamped clips per match. You open the workspace, watch the moments, press record.
Who we're looking for
Qualified
LTA Padel Level 2+, FIP Level 1+, FEP Nivel 1+ or equivalent, with at least two years coaching club players. We check certificates.
Specific
You coach in moments, not slogans. "Move on the bounce, not the lob, watch 12:03" beats "work on your transitions".
Kind and honest
You'll disagree with the AI sometimes. Say so, and say why. You'll tell players things they don't want to hear, without making them feel small.
The process
Apply below → we read it within five working days → a paid sample review of a demo match (about 30 minutes) → a 15-minute call → agreement and onboarding → your first three reviews are quality-checked by us.
The standard
Voice note 3–8 minutes. Three tips, each with a pillar and a clip timestamp. A plan the player can start this week. Delivered within 72 hours of accepting.
What we never ask
No selling, no upsell targets, no scripts. No exclusivity: coach wherever you coach. Your name and qualification appear on your reviews; your contact details never do unless you offer live sessions.
