PADEXA for Operators

Two ways to work with PADEXA.

One puts our player intelligence on your courts. The other finds the workflow that's costing you bookings and staff time, and builds it with you. Pick the door that fits; the other one is a click away.

Door one · for every facility

PADEXA Club.

Put PADEXA on your courts. Players film with their phone, get their match decoded, and come back to beat their number. Your venue gets the QR pack, court setup, club visibility and the Founding Facility Programme.

For: any padel or racket-sports facility that wants more engaged players and a reason to choose your courts.

Door two · for growing venue operators

AI Ops Audit.

Twenty AI ideas won't change your club. One working workflow might. We find where your venue is losing bookings, repeat play and staff time, rank the workflows worth fixing by business value, and build the first one with you. Live in 30 days.

For: operators with four or more courts, a booking system and a team, where the work between the systems has outgrown the inbox.

Door one · PADEXA ClubFor padel clubs, operators and venues

Turn every court into an improvement experience.

Your booking system knows who played, when and what they paid. PADEXA knows what happened on the court, whether that player is improving, what they need next, and why they'll come back. No hardware. A phone behind the glass.

BookPlayAnalyseImprovePlay againThe club owns Book and Play. PADEXA owns Analyse and Improve, and sends the player back to Book.
Retention through visible progress
Around 65% of club-level padel points end on unforced errors. Your members are donating matches and can't feel it happening. (Ungureanu et al. 2022)
One accredited padel instructor for every 2,300 UK players. The improvement gap sits with the facility, whether it wants it or not. (LTA 2026)
92% of first-timers come back after one session. Keeping them past the first plateau is about progress they can see. (Playtomic 2025)

Retail add-on

Stock LIMPET. at reception, and let members own their own mount.

We don't put a mount on every court — a shared mount goes missing and every member waits for it. LIMPET. is a personal piece of kit, so we'd rather you sell it: a small counter display in the shop or café, bought at trade price, and each player walks away with their own.

Still nothing to install

LIMPET. is a player's own phone mount. Nothing is fitted to your courts, glass or walls.

A counter line that sells itself

Members ask how the footage was filmed. A four-unit display at reception, the shop or the café answers it.

Wholesale pricing for stockists

You buy at trade and set your own shelf price, so it earns margin alongside grips and overgrips.

Easy to place

Standard PADEXA units for pro-shop stock, member welcome packs, ladder prizes or corporate days.

First match analysed free

Every mount ships with a code, so whoever buys it gets a report the day they use it.

Consistent framing, better reports

Members who own a mount film from head height every time, so their Index compares match after match.

Stop forcing the transition volley from below net height. It cost you 7 of your 12 unforced errors.

The Founding Facility Programme

Five clubs. Six weeks. A measured case study.

PADEXA Club at founding terms for five facilities that want to be first. We supply signage artwork, onboarding copy, the dashboard, a free-analysis draw for your community groups and a most-improved challenge. You supply the courts and the members. We measure activation, second-match rate, Coach Reviews and rebooking together, and publish the case study jointly.

How PADEXA stays honest
No hardwareA phone behind the glass. No sensors, no cabling, no maintenance contract, nothing to install on court.
Honest by designEvery claim carries a confidence level. Identity is locked twice on the player's own freeze-frame. If the camera couldn't see it, the report says so.
Consent firstFootage stays private to the players in the match. Facility dashboards are aggregate and anonymised unless a player opts in. UK GDPR terms in every pilot.
Questions operators ask
Do we need to install anything?+

No. A QR behind the glass and a poster. Members film on their own phones. Nothing on court, nothing to maintain.

What do we see about our members?+

Aggregate engagement and improvement by default. Individual reports only when a member opts in. Players own their footage and reports.

Does this compete with our coaches?+

The opposite. PADEXA finds the moment; your coach records the fix and gets paid per review through the app. The dashboard shows you which members need a lesson.

Does it work with our booking system?+

PADEXA Ready works with any club today. PADEXA Club can be embedded in white-label club apps; platform integrations follow the founding pilots.

What does it cost?+

PADEXA Ready is free. PADEXA Club is priced per court per month with member analyses included; founding facilities lock a founding rate. Ask on the call.

Door two · AI Ops Audit

Twenty AI ideas won't change your club. One working workflow might.

You probably don't need another AI tool. Most venues already have enough software. The problem is the work between the systems: enquiries sitting in inboxes, new players nobody follows up, leagues run from three WhatsApp groups, reports assembled by hand on a Sunday night. That's where we start.

You get three things
  • Where you're leaking valueOne map of your customer journey and operations, marked in pounds, hours, friction and risk.
  • What's worth fixingEight to fifteen workflows ranked by value, feasibility, confidence, effort and risk, with the economics, and a written list of what not to automate.
  • What to do firstOne workflow. One baseline. One owner. One number. One build plan. Then we build it with you, live in 30 days.
