Pick your match
Any match with a finished report. Add one line about what you want the coach to look at, if you like.
Get matched
We pick the available coach whose specialism fits your one fix, or you choose from the roster. Every coach is qualified and vetted.
The coach watches
They read your report, watch your clips (and the match if they need to), and record a voice note to you.
You get the review
Voice or video note, transcript, three tips with clips, a two-week plan. Tap "got it" when you've watched it; that's what releases the coach's fee. It lives with your report so you can replay it.
The model sees the pattern.
A coach knows why you do it.
Fear of the lob. A grip you were taught wrong. A partner who talks you off the net. The AI can show you the retreat at 14:22; a coach has seen a hundred players do it and knows what to say.
What you get
Agrees, with one addition. "Stop forcing the low transition volley" is right, and it's the same pattern in both matches. What the AI can't tell you is why you're arriving late: you're starting your approach on your partner's lob, not on the bounce.
Watch 12:03: you move when your partner hits the lob. Move when their return bounces and you'll arrive with the ball above the tape.

Questions
Do I need an analysed match first?+–
Yes. The coach works from your PADEXA report and clips, which is what makes a 72-hour turnaround possible. Your first analysis is free.
Can I choose my coach?+–
Yes. "Match me" is fastest (we pick the available coach whose specialism fits your fix). Choosing a specific coach may take longer if they're at capacity; we'll show that before you pay.
What does the coach see?+–
Only the matches you chose: the report, the clips, your Index and pillars, and your focus note. Never your other matches, and never anything about the other players beyond what's in your report.
What if something's wrong with it?+–
When your review lands you confirm you've received it, and you can raise an issue within five days instead. We look at every issue within three working days; if the review didn't meet our standard (a 3–8 minute note, three tips with clips, a plan), you get a second coach or a refund. If you do nothing for five days we treat it as received.
Is this a live lesson?+–
No. It's an asynchronous review you can replay. Some coaches offer live sessions afterwards; when they do, you'll see it on the review.
